WELCOME players to the 10th annual MixedRITA Tennis Tournament!

Remember to wear your pink and blue in support of Breast Cancer and Prostate Cancer.

MATCH TIMES:

The draws will be emailed out by the end of day Wednesday, May 27th.

Please pay attention to your start time and ARRIVE 15 MINUTES prior. All teams will have their first matches at 8am, 9am, or 10am Saturday morning.

All teams will play (2) matches on Saturday and 2 matches on Sunday (best of 3 sets both days).

ACCESS TO SAWGRASS COUNTRY CLUB:

Please enter Sawgrass Country Club and tell the security guard that you are playing in the MixedRITA Tennis Tournament.

PARKING:

Our parking situation is always a challenge at Sawgrass Country Club BUT THIS YEAR WILL BE MORE CHALLENGING. For non-Sawgrass Members and overflow parking for members, please park in the Golf Club parking lot. We will have a shuttle system running to take you from your car to the tennis center and back. Please DO NOT PARK in the surrounding communities, in the grass or on property without a decal. Cars will be ticketed and possibly towed.

Please allow extra time to get to your matches and consider the time it will take to get through the security gate and use the shuttle system. We ask that you arrive at the courts at least 15 minutes prior to your match start time.

If you need the shuttle, there will be signs with cell phone numbers posted both at the Sawgrass Golf Club and at the Sawgrass Tennis Center.

PLAYER MEALS:

***Special dietary needs cannot be met. Please plan accordingly***
Breakfast items will be available 7:45-9:30AM each day of the tournament;
Starbucks coffee and assorted pre-packaged breakfast items

11:30am-1:00pm

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES:
CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARD, AND APPLE PAY will be accepted as forms of payment. We will be offering a 50/50 raffle, a Wine Pull, Booze basket, Ken Wright wine trip, PGA Tour tickets, private chef’s dinner, and many silent auction items in an effort to raise further donations.

SAWGRASS BAR:
PLEASE NOTE: SAWGRASS IS NOW CASHLESS…CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY BAR PURCHASES

There will be a Sawgrass bar available on both days starting at 10:00am. Players will receive (3) three tickets for a free Notorious Pink, a Tito’s vodka drink, and a Michelob Ultra Beer.
